[Despite the fact it's been a few days after everything, including the repercussions of their actions, Kurt still looks terrible-- eyes ringed with dark circles, neck mottled with deep purple (almost black) bruises, a few cuts along the left side of his face.

Everything else is mostly covered, though, and he's not one to idly walk about without a shirt on, so the bandage at his side is hidden. He's been worried about Laura for a while and has wanted to make plans to see her, but he's not sure if he's allowed to do that yet.

So, this is his attempt at contacting her.]

Laura, [he speaks softly to the screen, reaching one hand up to rake through his bangs, holding them atop his head.] I'm ... not sure if you're there, but I wanted to check up on you.

[A pause, his iridescent eyes flicking from the TAB to his lap then to something offscreen.] ... I hope you're doing all right and that you didn't get into too much trouble.
